The Cheetah band is my favorite band. The cheetah band can be used for at home or gym workouts. You can add the cheetah band to any workout to add extra resistance and make it more challenging. Place between your tighs and squat your life away :)
I use the band to warm-up/activate my glutes to get my leg day started.
