What resistance should I purchase? 

If you are a beginner I recommend the light/medium or the adjustable band. But, it is up to you if you're up for the challenge! 

What is the Adjustable Band? 

The adjustable band comes in 3 different resistance levels. As you progress, you can adjust the level of resistance by pulling the strap on the back of the band. Make sure to lock it at the resistance desired.

What are the Long Bands used for?

The long bands can be used for upper body and, lower body exercises. Beginner or not they are great, for everyone. Check @tueresbootyfyl or @lizthefitt for more videos on how to use the bands.

What is the Bar Pad used for?

The bar pad is intended to help take strain off your neck, and/or hips! It is most often used for hip thrusts and squats.

Are the Ankle Straps adjustable?  

Yes, the ankle straps are adjustable if you are having trouble @tueresbootyful has a video on how to strap them.

Order status 

 I have yet to receive any updates on my order?

A confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase. Contact lizthefitt@gmail.com to update to your email you might've typed it in wrong.

I haven't received my package it's been longer than 10 days?

All orders are sent to USPS within 2 days upon purchase. If you haven't received updates on the status of your order you can contact USPS directly. However, packages can get lost.

Lost Orders

Unfortunately, Lizthefitt LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please contact the carrier used at checkout for lost or stolen packages. If your order is placed with USPS First Class, a claim cannot be made.

Shipments FAQs

When will my order ship?

All order ship within 2-3 business days upon purchase. 

What is a pre-order?

  • It means that they are sold in anticipation of being in stock on or near to the shipping date stated on the website.
  • It's important you know that any other items ordered with a pre-order product will be shipped when all products are available.

Pre-orders ship on the indicated listed at the descriptions.

How do I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If it's not too late email lizthefitt@gmail.com to change your address. But, if it has been shipped we will need to issue a return.

  • Once we have confirmation that your order has been returned, you will be given the option to have the order reshipped to your correct address, however please note you may be charged a shipping fee for the new order.
  • If you decide you don't want the order reshipped, we can issue a refund for the cost of the products, but unfortunately cannot refund the shipping fees

Can I return or exchange my items?

All items are final sale. Unless, it has been defected or supplied incorrectly.

Let us know, within 5 business days of receiving an order, if you need to return/exchange an item.

There are no refunds or exchanges for digital products.

If I received the wrong order/color/size?

  • Email lizthefitt@gmail.com 
  • Send us a picture of the package you received.
  • Order number and, what product you're missing.

How do I cancel my order?

Email lizthefitt@gmail.com as soon as possible and, we will gladly help you make the cancellation.
