Glute activation with a resistance band

Resistance bands are one of the best ways to activate your muscles, particularly the glutes.

Glute Activation: If your are sitting down or standing for long periods of time your glute muscles tend to "fall asleep" weaken. It is important to activate your glutes for a more effective workout.

 MIND TO MUSCLE CONNECTION: Adding resistance to your training with a glute band allows for a better mind to muscle connection. It creates more tension therefore, faster results.  

Exercises to activate the glutes:

Glute bridges, lunges, squats, donkey kicks etc.
